The 18th-century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by lovingly maintained vineyards and gardens, is located in the Chianti region, just 6 km from Siena—one of the most beautiful areas in Italy, providing an idyllic setting for your holiday.
The guesthouse is located in one of the buildings within the villa’s gardens.
The space
The guesthouse comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in two bedrooms with king-size beds and modern en-suite bathrooms with both a bathtub and a separate shower. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and adjoining dining area complete the house’s features.
The well-kept private garden, surrounded by olive groves, offers a lovely setting for outdoor dining.
The outdoor Jacuzzi (3×4 meters, heated in winter), built into an ancient stone basin and located beneath the garden trees, provides the perfect relaxation after a day spent exploring the magnificent surroundings and nearby historic towns.
Guest access
Our guests are also welcome to visit the historic gardens of the main villa.
Other things to note
The owner’s villa and gardens are designated as a National Monument, and around 50,000 bottles of high-quality Chianti Classico and Tuscan IGT wine are produced annually from its organic vineyards.
